In order to ensure children have access to nutritional meals when school is not in session, AUSD will continue to offer its annual free Summer Meal Program. FREE meals will be available to students participating in AUSD Summer School and Summer Extended Learning Programs at eight sites in the district. These eight sites will also offer community meal times for any child aged 18 years and younger. Children do NOT need to attend an AUSD school to receive these free meals. Thursday, May 30th, is the first day of summer school. Class starts at 7:45am and ends at 1:15pm. Please check Power School to see your Summer School schedule. Please bring your Chromebooks. The Summer School bus schedule is available on the school website.
San Gabriel High School Future Business Leaders of America members attended the 4-day State Leadership Conference at the Hilton Anaheim from April 11th to April 14th. All members “suited-up for success” as they showed outstanding representation in competitive events. The most exciting aspect of the conference is the competitive events program. Over 1500 students have the opportunity to test the business skills they’ve learned in the classroom in a variety of individual events. San Gabriel took home three awards. Awards/Trophies/Scholarships were given to the top ten winners. Matadors brought home the following awards:

San Gabriel High School's Medical Careers Academy and the HOSA Future Health Professionals club have once again demonstrated excellence and prowess in the field of healthcare at the recent statewide competition. Amidst fierce competition from 150+ schools, and thousands of students across the state, San Gabriel High School's HOSA members showcased their skills and dedication, earning accolades and recognition for their outstanding performances.
